摘要
提出了燃料型减压塔数学模型求解的吸收型算法,即把按干式操作的减压塔看作为绝热闪蒸过程与多个吸收过程的串联,把按湿式操作的减压塔看作为汽提过程与多个吸收过程的串联,对于各吸收过程采用SR法求解。实践表明,与一般的精馏型算法相比,本法具有初值要求不高,收敛快速,占内存少,并能在微机上运行的优点,计算结果与实际过程相符。
An absorption-type algorithm (ATA) for solving mathematical model of fuel-type vacuum tower is proposed. The drying-operating vacuum tower is considered as a series of an adiabatic flashing process combined with several absorption process, while the wet-operating vacuum tower as a series of a stripping process combined with several absorption process, and each absorption process is calculated by SR method. Compared with the conventional distillation-type algorithm (DTA), this method has the advantage of converging quickly from a few initial estimates that are not necessarily accurate. The need of internal storage for this method is small, and can be operated in microcomputer. The calculated results is in agreement with the actual process.
