This paper is a supplement to the former papers(i.e. A List of Macromycetes inthe Ding Hu Shan Biosphere Reserve Ⅰ&Ⅱ),119 species, not yet found during last investiga-tion from 1980～1983, are reported. All of them occured in the reserve from 1991 to 1994. Thespecimens are deposited in Herbarium of Microbiology Institute of Guangdong (HMIGD).
