摘要
本文叙述了作者考察通用公司和福特公司在欧洲、南美和北美有关技术开发机构的情况,并介绍了其基本技术构成(包括组织结构、硬件、软件和人员等),同时还简要介绍了其产品开发过程。
The authors reviewd the technical development orgnizations of GM and Ford companies in Europe, South America and North America.The products development divisions including orgnization chart, staff, hardware and software, and the development processes have been described in this paper.
