砂姜黑土中镍的赋存形态及其有效性 被引量:2

摘要 研究了江苏砂姜黑土中镍的含量、赋存形态及其有效性,并探讨了耕种熟化和旱改水对镍形态的影响。结果表明,砂姜黑土的镍含量较高,平均为46.0μg·g(-1),但DTPA浸出的可给态镍却很低,仅为全镍的1%左右。砂姜黑土中镍的形态分布为:残留态>晶形铁结合态>有机态>无定形铁结合态>氧化锰态>代换态>碳酸盐结合态。对植物无效的残留态和晶形铁态镍占83.31%;而有效性相对较高的氧化锰态和代换态镍仅占1.65%。旱改水措施有利于砂姜黑土中镍的活化,耕种熟化的效果则差得多。 The paper deals with the distribution, total and available contents of nickel incalcic concretion black soils and the influence of cultivation aging and transformation of cropping system on distribution of nickel in soil fractions. The total Ni content in calcic concretion black soils was high, with an average of 46. 06 μg· g(-1), but available Ni content extracted with 0. 005 mol/L DTPA (pH 7. 0) was low (about 0. 56μg· g(-1), which only accounted for 1. 65% of the total Ni in calcic concretion black soils. The contents of Ni in soilfractions followed the descending order: residual Ni>crystalline iron oxides bound Ni>organically bound Ni>amorphous iron oxides bound Ni >manganese oxides bound Ni>exchangeable Ni>carbonate bound Ni. In the total soil Ni, 83. 13% of which existed in residual fraction and crystalline iron oxides fraction, being unavailable to plants, and only 1. 65%of which existed in exchangeable fraction and bound by manganese oxides being comparatively available and more easily absorbed by plants. The transformation of cropping system benefited the activation of soil nickel, but the effect of cultivation aging was poor.
