摘要
自１９８６年１月至１９８８年６月对９１例胸痛伴冠状动脉造影正常者进行５年随访观察。结果显示：无明显胸痛者３８例，其中３７例能正常工作或生活：另５１例虽仍有不同程度胸痛，均接受抗心痛治疗，但其中４４例能正常工作或生活。死亡２例，其中１例在上班途中突然死亡，另１例死于肝癌。本文资料提示，冠状动脉造影正常的胸痛患者预后可能较好。
Ninety-one patients with chest pain and normal coronary arteriography admitted between January l986 and June 1988 have been followed for a period of five years, chest pain disappeared in 38 patients, in whom 37 had a normal work and life status. Fifty-one patients had various degrees of chest discomfort and received antianginal treatment. Of these 51 patients, however, 44 patients worked and lived normally. There were two deaths, one patient died suddenly on the way to work and the other died of liver cancer. This study suggests that patients with chest pain and normal coronary arteriography may have a favorable clinical outcome.
