摘要
作者15年来共收治32例十二指肠损伤,其中闭合性损伤占78.1%,开放性损伤占21.9%,合并有其他腹部脏器损伤为81.6%。手术后并发症发生率为35%,死亡率12.5%。作者强调要重视术前辅助检查及术中探查十二指肠的指征,应根据伤情合理地选择术式,以进一步降低并发症及死亡率。
32 patients with duodenal injury,7(21.9%) pene- trating,25(78.1%)blunt,were treated in our hospital in the last 15 years.The incidence of associated abdominal injury was 81.6%,morbidity of postoperative complica- tion was 35% and overall mortality was 12.5%.A great attention must be paid to preoperative examination,indi- cation for dnodehal exploration and reasonable interven- tion according to the severity for reducing the morbidity and mortatity.
