水危机已经给我国干旱地区人民的生活带来不同程度的困扰和灾难，阻抑了农业生产的发展。改传统型农业为节水型农业，是缓解水危机、保护生态环境、协调农业发展的良策。
AbstractA major water crisis has emerged.it has hrought various degrees of difficulties and disasters to the people in the arid arcas of China and hashampered the development of agriculture. In our country approximately 476.7billion tons of water is consumed every year, 88% of which is used in ag-riculture,Therefore, changing traditional agricullture into watcrsaving ag-ricuiture is a practical way to relieve the developing water crisis,protectthe ecological environment and improve the development of agriculture.
