摘要
本文报道了肿瘤型马立克氏病(MD)鸡血清、全血或组织中的总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及血清两二醛(MDA)含量。统计结果表明,与健康鸡相比,肿瘤型MD鸡血清中T-SOD、Mn-SOD与CuZn-SOD活性以及红细胞中的CAT活性均极显著降低(P<0.01);肿瘤组织的T-SOD活性极显著地低于正常组织(P<0.01);与健康鸡相比,肿瘤型MD鸡血清中的MDA水平极显著升高(P<0.01),而血液GSH-Px活性差异不显著(P>0.05)。作者初步认为,氧自由基介入了肿瘤型MD的发展过程。
Marek's disease (MD) caused by a herpesvirus is most common of the neoplastic didests of chickens.The activities of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD),Mn-SOD, Cu Zn-SOD, catalase (CAT) and glutethione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the serum, blood or tissues of 36 chickens suffering fromMD tumors were determined. The results showed that the activities of T-SOD (152. 45±11. 67 U/ml), Mn-SOD(64. 45±6. 07 U/ml) and CuZn-SOD (88. 01±8. 71 U/ml) in the serum and the activities of T-SOD (286. 01±68. 07 U/g) in the tumor tissues of chickens with MD respectively were significantly lower than those of the normal(P<0. 01), the activities of CAT (19. 3±3. 22 U/g) in Hb of red blood cell of chickens with MD were respectivelysignificantly lower than those of the normal (P<0. 05), the activity of GSH-Px of bled didn't show significant difference between MD chickens and healthy (P<0. 05), in contrast, the levels of MDA (4. 09±0. 76 nmol/ml) inserum of chickens with MD tumors were significantely higher (P<0. 01) than those of the normal. The present papersuggests that free radicals are involved in the developing process of MD tumor.
