摘要
结合Q2.2S空调用活塞式制冷压缩机的研制,建立了将工质作为实际气体,考虑汽缸热交换以及含有封闭壳换热等影响因素的空调用全封闭压缩机工作过程的数学模型,并对其进行了数值求解,其计算结果与压缩机性能试验结果吻合较好,为这种类型的压缩机由经验或半经验设计走向机理设计并进行优化打下了基础。
In the process of developing Q2. 2S sealed reciprocating refrigerant compressor used by air-conditioning, the mathematical model of the working process of the sealedcompressor used by air-conditioning is established, in the model, working substance is regurded as real gas, such affection as heat exchang of cylinder and that of sealed shell is considered. The simulation results conforn to the compressor performance test results.
