摘要
采用修改的“生活质量问卷（ＱＯＬ－Ｑ）”对１１５例慢性精神分裂症患者进行调查，结果发现，患者的年龄、病程及住院时间与生活质量明显相关；努力改善医院环境和设施，给病人充分的权利和自由，缩短住院时间或让病人定期回归社会，这对病人生活质量的提高及社会功能的全面康复至关重要。
Abstract Using a 'Quality of Life Questionaire (QOL-Q)”,an investigation of 115 chronic schizophrenic pa-tients showed that quality of life was significantly related to age,course of illness,and duration of hos-pitalization. The following strategies were important for enhancing the quality of life and social functionof these patients: improving hospital environment and facilities,giving more freedom to patients,short-ening the duration of hospitalization, and allowing patients to return to the community regularly.
