摘要
本文分析了１３例经病理证实的弥漫性细支气管肺泡癌（简称ＤＢＡＣ）的胸部平片和ＣＴ扫描资料。提出了几个有特征性的征象：（１）磨砂玻璃征；（２）腺泡样结节；（３）病理性支气管气像。同时探讨了各种征象的病理基础，并对鉴别诊断和早期确诊方法进行了探讨。
Thirteen cases of diffuse bronchioalveolar carcinoma proved by pathology were,investigated with chest X-ray and CT. It found that there are following characteristic manifestations :(1) Frosted glass sign;(2) Alveolar node sign; (3) Pathologic aerated bronchus sign. Pathologic bases of every sign , means of differential and early diagnosis are discussed.
