摘要
本文介绍采用带血管蒂掌背皮瓣及各种类型前臂皮瓣,用以修复各种原因造成手部皮肤组织损缺共86例;除2例皮瓣部分坏死外,84例皮瓣全部成活。文中就皮瓣供区选择、手术操作简易程度作了分析。
86 cases of soft tissue defect of the hands had been repaired using various typs of palmar anddorsal pedi-cle island Hap in the hand or forearm. In 84 cases the flap survived completely survived and 2 cases partial necrosis occarred The surgical indication and procedures were discussed.
