摘要
目的探讨年轻吸烟者血清可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)水平的变化。方法用ELISA法检测受试者血清sCD40L水平;用OlympusAU2700全自动生化分析仪检测受试者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(HSCRP)浓度。结果年轻吸烟者与对照组血清sCD40L和HSCRP水平分别为1.21±0.29ng/mL与0.37±0.21ng/mL和2.47±0.68mg/L与0.82±0.72mg/L,二者分别比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论年轻吸烟者血清sCD40L升高,表明吸烟是心血管事件发生重要的风险因子。
Objective To investigate soluble CD40 ligand（sCD40L） modification in young smokers. Methods sCD40L was determined with ELISA and hypersensitive C - reactive protein （hsCRP） by Olympus AU2700 automated analyzer. Results sCD40L levels in young smokersand control group were 1.21±0.29ng/mL and 0. 37±0.21ng/mL, respectively, hsCBP concentrations in young smokers and control group were,respectively, 2.47±0.68mg/L and 0.82±0.72mg/L. Significant difference was observed （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion sCD4OLand hsCRPconcentrations in young smokers were elevated. It is very useful to evaluate smoking as a cardiovascular risk factor.
