摘要
研究了烤烟品种CB-1,红花大金元,K326,云烟85等田间青枯病发生情况,以及K326,CB-1烟株根系土壤青枯病菌的数量动态变化及其与田间病情之间的关系.结果显示,在不同抗性品种的土壤中,青枯病菌的数量差异较大;根系中病原菌繁殖到一定数量且生长一段时期后,田间烟株才会出现症状且与前者存在显著的相关性;土壤温湿度高有利于青枯病的发生、为害.
The four varieties possessing different rank resistances, CB-1, K326, Yunyan85 and Honghuadajinyuan were studied for testing the epidemic of tobacco bacterial wilt, and the relationship between the dynamics of Ralstonia solanacearum in K326 and CB-1's root soil were also monitored. It showed the quantities of Ralstonia solanacearum in the soil of various resistant varieties were obviously different. The disease symptom didn't appear until pathogen had been reproduced to a certain extent in quantity and period, which is positive correlative to disease gravity. The disease could benefit from the high temperature and the high humidity of soil.
