饮食中宏量营养素与减重及脂肪细胞产物的关系 被引量:4

Role of diet macronutrients in weight loss and adipocyte products

摘要 肥胖症是一个日益严重的公共卫生问题,脂肪组织作为能量储存和代谢调控的核心器官,成为减重治疗中的重要靶点。通过控制总热量的摄入、调整宏量营养素比例的饮食治疗是减重治疗的重要手段,而基于脂肪细胞产物的药物治疗则为今后更接近生理状态的减重治疗带来了新的希望。 Obesity is a developing public health issue. As a core organ in energy storage and metabolic modulation, adipose tissue becomes an important target in body weight control. Total caloric intake limitation and/or macronutrient ratio regulation are commonly used in obesity therapy. The anti-obesity agents derived from adipocyte products may bring us new ways more suitable to physiological status in the future.
