摘要
本文提出了一种新的层次分析法理论的计算和分析方法。这种方法,普通工程技术人员不仅可以使用计算机,而且可以使用手工的办法来对判断过程进行计算和分析,借助于这种办法,判断过程矩阵中不一致的元素容易找出和改进。本文提出的方法,当判断过程完全一致时,与Saaty教授1973年所提出的方法完全一致。
In this paper, a new method of computation and analysis on AHP theory is presented, which can be used by ordinary technician not only with the computer but also in manual. By means of this nethod, the unconsistent elements in the judgment process matrix can be found easily. It is fully same as the nethod presented by professor Saaty in 1973 when the judgment process matrix is completely consistent.
