摘要
海外子公司定位问题起源于对全球战略的研究,反映了子公司地位更加重要的现实。海外子公司定位的差异性主要源于环境因素、总部指派以及子公司的选择,三种来源反映了海外子公司定位方面总部和子公司两种视角。在日益复杂的跨国化经营环境下,总部主导的子公司定位需要更多地考虑子公司本身的积极主动性。结果,从总部视角到子公司视角的转换在经营战略逻辑、资源配置格局以及考核、协调和控制子公司方面产生新的挑战。
The issue of the positioning of overseas subsidiaries originates from the study of global strategy and witnesses the increasingly important roles of them. The difference of the roles of subsidiaries position mainly result from different environmental factors, head ofrice assignment and subsidiary choices, which reflect the dispute on the positioning mode of overseas subsidiaries between the two angles of view of headquarters and subsidiaries. Under the increasingly complicated transnational operational environment, the position of overseas subsidiaries dominated by headquarters needs to take more account of subsidiaries' initiatives. As a result, in the area of the logic of overseas operational strategy, resources deployment as well as evaluating, coordinating and controlling overseas subsidiaries, there are new challenges brought about by the transition of the angle of view from headquarters to subsidiaries.
