摘要
通过拼板焊缝粉末埋弧焊焊接工艺试验,进而将粉末埋弧焊工艺应用于钢结构中厚钢板拼板焊接,同时又将现有焊机机头进行了改造,使粉末埋弧焊又延伸应用于45°角焊缝和箱形柱外形主焊缝等,使得埋弧焊在钢结构加工中适用性更强。
The powder submerged arc welding technique can he applied in welding medium ＆ thick steel plate patch.As the head of machine is reconstrcted, it can be used for 45 fillet welding and pillar＇s outline welding which improve its adaptability.
