硬岩隧道锚喷支护施工过程非线性有限元分析 被引量:2

Nonlinear finite element analysis of tunnel excavation and anchor sprayed concrete lining construction process within hard rock mass

摘要 聚丙烯纤维喷混凝土作为隧道锚喷支护中的新型支护方式,具有施工便捷特点,并可以改善混凝土的性能和耐久性。文章采用非线性有限元法对东巨寺沟硬质围岩铁路隧道进行了大断面开挖-锚喷支护施工全过程分析,分析了施工过程中围岩的位移变形、应力、塑性区分布特征,验证了隧道支护后的围岩稳定性和支护效果。 The polypropylene fiber ture,has the characteristic of easy reinforced concrete,which is a construction and can improve new type of the tunnel lining structhe concrete behavior and durability. To assure the safety in the construction process of the polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete lining structure, the nonlinear finite element method is used to analyze the large section tunnel excavation and the anchor sprayed lining process within the hard rock mass of the Dongjusi railway tunnel. The numerical analysis is carried out to investigate the force and the displacement distribution of the anchor sprayed concrete layer and the plastic distribution region around the tunnel during the large section tunnel excavation and anchor sprayed lining construction process. The rock mass stability and the lining effect after the construction of the lining structure is studied.
