摘要 [目的]探讨年龄对吻合血管的腓骨移植术后腓骨形态改变的影响。[方法]用吻合血管的腓骨移植治疗胫骨外伤性骨缺损、感染42例,其中≤19岁者19例,≥20岁者23例。比较两个年龄组吻合血管的腓骨术后腓骨形态的改变。[结果]吻合血管的腓骨移植后,腓骨在其愈合过程中就有形态的改变。在这期间,≤19岁年龄组的腓骨形态改变更明显。术后2年,两组的腓骨形态增粗率无明显差异。[结论]年龄对吻合血管的腓骨形态的影响,主要表现在早期的移植腓骨的愈合过程期间,可能与红骨髓的含量和骨膜的成骨能力有关。 [Objective]To explore the influence of the age on morphologic changes of vascularized fibula. [Method] Of the forty-two patients with traumatic tibial defect or old tibial fracture with osteomylitis treated with vascularized fibula, there were two groups consisting of 19 patients under 19 years of age and 23 patients over 20 years of age. Morphologic changes of the vascularized fibula were compared between two groups, [ Result] The hypertrophic changes of vascularized fibula occurred at the time of graft union post-operatively, During this early period ,significant hypertrophic changes of vscularized fibula in the group under 19 years of age were showed in contrast with other group, Two years later,there was no significant difference in the hypertrophic changes of vascularized fibula between two age groups. [ Conclusion] The influence of the age on morphologic change of the vascularized fibula was generally shown during the early period of the union of vascularized fibula. It might be related to the content of red bone marrow and the capability of periosteal bone formation.
