摘要
为使中长期电力负荷预测的各种误差指标皆得到不同程度的改善,从相关性分析(相关系数、灰关联度、Theil不等系数)的角度进行综合预测方法的研究。不直接考虑预测误差的大小,提出了一种综合预测新思路,取得了较为满意的结果。
To reduce power system nlid-long term load forecasting error, this paper presents a combined method based on correlation analysis like correlation coefficient, grey correlation degree and Theil coefficient. The new forecast methods, which don＇ t consider the forecast error directly, have difference with conventional forecast method. The application example shows that this method is practical, accurate and efficient.
