摘要
目的:探讨沿张力带固定治疗下颌骨骨折在临床应用中的治疗效果,分析存在的问题。方法:根据张力带固定原理坚强内固定治疗下颌骨骨折。利用临床检查及X线评价骨折复位情况及固定的稳定情况。结果:利用张力带固定原理治疗下颌骨骨折患者43例,无一处骨折固定后出现固位钉松脱,夹板折断,骨创感染及排斥反应等情况。骨折断端对位对线良好,咬牙合关系恢复。结论:利用张力带原理坚强内固定治疗下颌骨骨折是一种疗效可靠、简便、安全的治疗下颌骨骨折的方法,合理选择治疗的具体方案和正规的手术操作对避免手术并发症是至关重要的。
Objective To determine the effect of mandibular fractures treated by rigid internal fixation （RIF） along the strain belt of mandible and discuss the problems exsidng in this technique. Method 43 cases of the madibular fractures were treated by RIF along the strain belt of mandible. The conditoins of diaplasis and stability of fixation were estimated by clinic examination and X-ray. Results The 43 cases of the madibular fractures treated by RIF along the strain belt of mandible were all well fixed with no infection and no repeUency. Conclusion Our findings indicate that the approach of the RIF along the strain belt of mandibular is an effective and safe technique to treat the mandibular fractures.Regularly operation and reasonable choice of therapy is needed to avoid compliments.
