摘要
通过分析湖北竞技体育面临的新形势,结合多年竞技体育教学实践和查阅大量文献资料,提出湖北教练员当前必须要加强的5方面能力建设。
By analysing the new situation of the Hubei athletics, combining the teaching practice in these years and referring to large numbers of documents, the authors suggest Hubei coahes must strenthen the capability in five aspects.
