摘要
以液化石油气(liquefiedpetroleumgas)为燃料的发动机对点火系统的要求较普通汽油发动机高,由于其可能存在失火使LPG发动机的怠速稳定性不佳。对应用多次点火方式提高LPG发动机的点火可靠性进行了试验研究。试验设计了通过ECU控制点火提前角的多次点火系统,并通过怠速稳定性间接验证了多次点火对点火可靠性的影响。试验结果表明:多次点火有助于提高点火可靠性,特别在点火提前角过大或过小、空燃比偏离最佳点火比例时。
The ignition system requirements of a LPG-fueled engine are higher than gasoline engine's. The LPG-fueled engine is not good at idle speed stability for its misfire. In this paper the experiment study of multi-time ignition improving ignition reliability was done. An ignition system of spark timing controlled by ECU was designed. The relation between ignition times and ignition reliability was found. The results show that the multi-time ignition can improve ignition reliability, especially when ignition timing is too advance or too late, or air fuel ratio is far from the best ratio of ignition.
