摘要
目的揭示蚤休合剂具有镇痛抗炎活血的药理作用。方法采用热板法及醋酸扭体法研究其镇痛作用;采用小鼠耳肿胀及小鼠足跖肿胀法研究其抗炎作用;采用凝血时间测定法及血肿吸收法测定血肿吸收程度来研究其活血作用。结果蚤休合剂在热板法实验中能显著提高小鼠的痛阈值;在醋酸扭体法实验中能有效减少扭体次数;在耳肿胀实验中能明显减轻鼠耳肿胀度;在足肿胀实验中对鼠足肿胀有良好的抑制作用;在凝血时间测定实验中,可以显著延长凝血时间;在血肿吸收实验中证明其良好的吸收血肿作用。结论蚤休合剂具有较好的抗炎、镇痛、活血作用。
Objective：To study the anti-inflammation, abirritation and activating blood activities of ZXHJ. Methods： The anti-inflammation activity of ZXHJ was tested by the methods of paw oedema and ear oedema of mice; the analgesic effect was judged by using the hot-plate and writhing test in mice; The activating blood activity was measured with the survey of the time of cruor and the obsorb degree of hematoma. Results：With obvious effect of reducing writhing times in the mice induced by acetic acid, ZXHJ can successfully exerted analgesic. The results also show ZXHJ has significant anti-inflammation action to ear and ankle swelling in mice, and excellent activating blood activity. Conclusion ：ZXHJ has good activities of anti-inflammation , abirritation and activating blood.
