摘要
在NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液介质中,在CTMAB(溴化十六烷基三甲铵)存在下,磺基水杨酸与铁反应生成3:1的黄色络合物,λmax=420nm,ε=5.3×104L·mol-1·cm-1,比无CTMAB存在时的ε值增大,铁含量在0~20μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,据此建立了一种测定烟草中铁含量的方法.
In the presence of CTMAB, sulfosalicylic acid reacts with Fe( Ⅲ ) in ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution to form a stable yellow complex(mole ratio Fe :R= 1 : 3), whose absorption maxima is 420 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-20μg of Fe(Ⅲ) per 25 mL of solution with its apparent molar absorptivity of 5.30 ×10^4 L · mol^-1·cm^-1. Based on the facts mentioned above, a new absorptionphotometric method for the determination of Fe in tobacco was established.
