摘要
研究并建立了纯银样品经硝酸溶解,标准基体匹配,直接用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定纯银中铜、铁、铅、锑、铋、钯、硒、碲、锌杂质元素的方法.其检出限分别为0.003 9,0.003 3,0.015,0.015,0.007 3,0.024,0.008 0,0.004 2,0.003 0μg/ml;回收率均在97.2%~102.5%之间;相对标准偏差为0.76%~5.02%.
After the silver samples were resolved in nitric acid and matched with standard matrix, the copper, ferrum,plumbum, stibium, bismuth,palladium, selenium, tellurium and zinc contained in the samples with inductively-coupled plasma spectrometer. The DL of the impurity elements are 0.003 9,0.003 3,0.015,0.015,0.007 3,0.024,0.008 0,0.004 2,0. 003 0μg/ml respectively, the reclamation rates are with in the range of 97. 2 % - 102.5 %, and the RSD are in the range of 0.76% - 5.02%.
