摘要
园林绿化企业之间竞争激烈,施工企业为了既创造效益,又被甲方接受,必须推行有效管理,控制和降低成本。通过实践总结经验和教训,提出企业要控制施工项目成本,首先必须树立施工项目成本意识;其次要熟悉并运用施工项目成本控制管理内容和程序;最后要落实施工项目成本控制的组织措施,方能取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。
In recent years, severe competition exerts great pressure on construction enterprises and makes them carry out strict enforcement of effectual management regarding cost reduction on the basis of meeting the satisfadion of clients and producing the best possible profits for their own. Through practical examples the subject is hereby raised as the following: in order to well-control the cost of landscaping construction projects, cost consciousness should be set up deep in mind before being master of the concepts or methods and procedures while correlative measures concerning cost-control should be stridly implement in according with its management; thus, the proper construction enterprises may acquire preferable economic benefits as well as profound social effed.
