摘要
针对列管式空气预热器所存在的问题,在介绍热管技术的发展情况和热管工作原理的基础上,分析了燃煤锅炉热管式空气预热器相对于传统列管式空气预热器的优点,并结合实际工程实例,阐述了在热管式空气预热器设计中需重点考虑的技术问题以及解决方法和措施,计算了热管式空气预热器节煤效益,得出该种空气预热器能够减轻堵灰和腐蚀、风阻小、寿命长、节能效果显著的结论。
For the disadvantages of shell tube air preheater, the heat pipe air preheater is developed. In comparison with the traditional shell tube air preheater, the merits of heat pipe air preheater for coal-fired boiler are analyzed. The function principle of heat pipe technique is also introduced in this paper. Some important problems and the solutions in the design and actualization are expatiated. The profit of coal saving is calculated. The conclusion that the heat pipe preheater can obtain slight cinder accumulation, little resistance ,long life and economization on energy is made.
