摘要
长期实践证明,有计划地在黄河下游放淤固堤,长期开展挖河固堤,结合引黄供水沉沙淤高背河地面,淤筑“相对地下河”,是防洪的长远战略部署。采用剪切波速法、标准贯入试验、动三轴试验、液化剪应力估算法、现场标准爆炸试验等多种方法对沙基液化进行研究,运用有限元法对新堤进行渗流计算,为设计提供坚实的理论依据并且对基于不同荷载组合对工程进行抗滑稳定分析。
Long-time practices show that it is a long-term strategic step for flood control to stabilize dykes in the downstream of the Yellow River by “warping, digging, silting and deposition to form a relative underground river” which is a hopeful and great plan. According to analysis and experiments based on shear wave velocity method, standard penetration experiment, cyclic triaxial experiment, standard explosion on the spot, etc. try to research and test the stability of the new dykes and offer some solid academic foundation of design. The authors also analyse the stability of defending slide as to different practical situation.
