摘要
针对某200MW机组产生突发异常振动的机理和原因进行了分析,涉及到转子与水接触、轴系标高不合理和动静碰磨等多个因素,提出了处理及预防这种异常振动的方法,对类似振动故障的处理有一定的借鉴价值。
After reclaim of 200MW unit, operation safety and economic characteristics of the unit were consequently improved. But some questions of colossal vibrations occurred. In this paper,reasons for the emergency vibration are discussed and analyzed. The detailed treatment methods are proposed. It will be beneficial to the same questions.
