摘要
对4种有代表性的普通黄铜的性能进行了试验研究;分析了常见热处理缺陷的形成原因,提出了有效对策;对 H62黄铜进行了深冷处理试验研究,结果表明这项技术适用于精密黄铜制品的生产,具有潜在的经济价值。
In this paper, the properties of 4 typical brasses are studied experimentally, the causes of common surface defects brought about by the heat treatment are analyzed and the countermeasures are proposed, the subzero hardening of H62 brass is studied experimentally, which results show that this technology can be used for producing the precise brass products and has good potential economic value.
