摘要
国际贸易理论不断创新,在新贸易理论指导下,国际贸易迅速增加。但是,贸易与环境问题的冲突越来越激烈。国际贸易中环境问题的南北冲突源于国际贸易理论的缺陷和南北国家的比较优势不同。由于考虑环境因素后的贸易利得不同,解决和协调环境问题应通过环境成本内在化和加强国际合作。
The new international trade theories have being continuously created. Under the guiding of new inter-national trade theories, the volume of international trade increase quickly. But the conflict between trade and environment continuously increase. And the conflict between the South and the North on environment problem is more and more intense, which is the origin to the international trade theories and the benefit from international trade.Because the trade＇s benefit is different after considering the environmental cost, the effective measures to solute the conflict of environment problem are that we must consider the environmental cost in international trade and make more coordination between the South and the North countries.
