大豆异黄酮对大鼠血浆脂蛋白的影响及抗氧化作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察大豆异黄酮(SI)对大鼠血浆脂蛋白的影响及抗氧化作用。方法50只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,分别接受基础饲料、高脂饲料及高脂饲料添加SI 30、90和270 mg/kg饲养。7周后采血浆及脑、肝组织,测定各项指标。结果SI显著抑制高脂饲料所致的血浆甘油三酯升高及血浆脂蛋白的改变(P<0.01)。SI 90 mg/kg剂量能提高高脂饲料引起的高脂血症大鼠体内抗氧化水平(P<0.01)。结论适当剂量SI有降低高甘油三酯及血浆脂蛋白[LP(a)]的作用,并能改善高脂所致体内异常的过氧化状态,提高机体的抗氧化能力。 Objective To observe the effect of soybean isoflavone(SI) on plasma lipoprotein and anti-oxidizes level of rats. Methods Fifty Wistars rats were randomly divided into 5 groups and fed on foundation feed, high fat feed and highfat feed mixed with 30, 90 and 270 mg/kg SI respectively and got hyperlipemia caused by hypereholesterole feed. After being raised for 7 weeks, the rats were killed to collect plasma, brain and liver tissue for test. Results SI significantly restrained plasma triglyceride caused by high fat feed ( P 〈 0.01) and plasma lipoprotein ( P 〈 0.01) .90 mg/kg dose SI could improve the body' s antioxidation level caused by feeding high fat feed ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Proper dose SI could decrease triglyeeride and lipoprotein, better the abnormal peroxidation state and improve antioxidize level.
