摘要
目的探讨老年患者下肢深静脉血栓溶栓治疗的护理要点。方法对13例下肢深静脉血栓患者逐一观察患肢肿胀、皮温、色泽、疼痛等情况,给予相应的护理。结果11例治疗7～10d痊愈;1例好转;1例于第4天死于肺栓塞。结论上述护理方法对治疗下肢深静脉血栓具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To discuss the nursing main points of deep vein thrombolytic therapy for low limbs of eld aged patients . Methods To observe the swelling, skin temperature, color and pain of limbs for 13 patients one by one with deep vein thrombus of low limbs . Results 11 patients are healed from 7 to 10 days; 1 case is improved; 1 case died of pulmonary embolism on the fourth day, Conclusion The aforesid attends to the method to treating have important clinical significance of treating deep vein thrombus of low limbs.
