摘要
目的:研究关节冲洗术结合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗膝关节炎的疗效。方法:将72例骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组36例。治疗组采用关节冲洗术结合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗,对照组单纯应用透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗,每周1次,连用5次,治疗前后及半年后,分别用HSS膝关节评分标准评定打分。结果:治疗组治疗后的优良率为94.4%,半年后随访为88.9%;对照组治疗后的优良率为86.1%,半年后随访为75.0%,2组比较差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论:关节冲洗术结合透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗组的疗效明显优于单纯透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗的对照组,可作为治疗膝关节炎的一种有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the results of joint irrigation accompany with the sodium hyaluronate joint injection in treating gonarthritis, Methods The randomized study was conducted in 72 hypertrophic arthritis patients, They were divided into active arm （cases = 36） and control arm （cases = 36）. Patients in the active arm take the treatment of joint irrigation accompany with the sodium hyaluronate joint injection, the other take the sodium hyaluronate joint injection, The injection was given for one week and last for 5 weeks, And the pain of two arms were graded with HSS articular genu scoring system in prior, post and 6 months later of the treatment. Results In post of the treatment, the effective rate was 94.4% for active arm and 86, 1% for control arm （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The follow-up after 6 months indicated the rate was 88.9% in active arm and 75, 0% in control arm （ P 〈 0, 05 ） . Conclusion The results of active arm was better than control arm, Joint irrigation accompany with the sodium hyaluronate joint injection is an effective agent for treatment of gonarthritis.
