修正的光束传输法在阵列波导光栅中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 以亥姆赫兹方程为基础,对传统的有限差分光束传播法进行修正,提出一种修正后的新算法,将修正后的算法与传统算法进行了比较,并给出了用其计算阵列波导光栅中的传输光场的应用结果.通过比较计算结果和应用结果得出结论:修正后的算法可以准确计算光波场,并提高了计算精确度,有一定实用价值. Based on the Helmholtzconvention is modified and a new equation, the Finite-Difference Beam Propagation Method in the arithmetic is advanced. Comparing the modified method with the traditional method and calculating the transmission mode in the AWG by the new method , the conclusion is gotten:the modified method can calculate precision of the mode and improve the accuracy.
