摘要
本文对云南不同地理株微小按蚊染色体核型及对间日疟原虫敏感性作了比较研究。经对性染色体相对长度和着丝点,G带染色体比较结果,发现Y染色体上呈现出三种不同的着丝点,对间日疟原虫敏感性上也存在一定的差异。
Comparative study on mitotic chromosomal karyotypes of Anopheles minimus forms and their susceptibility to Plasmodium vavix was conducted.Through measurement of chromosome centromere relative length, we found that the one of the sex chromosome,X chromosome of different forms of An.minimus,can be grouped into two types:subtelocentric chromosome and submetacentric chromosome.The former distributed in the study field Yaunyang,Luxi and Zhengkang,and the latter in Simao. Also another kind of sex chromosome Y chromosome,can be grouped into 3 types:telocentric distributed in Yaunyang,subtelocentric in Luxi,Zhengkang and Zhaotong,and metacentric in Simao.Discrepancy in susceptibility of geographical strains of An. minimus was observed.Among the four strains the strain of Zhenkang is more susceptive to Plasmodium vavix,infection rate 83.33%(20/24),but the strain of Yuanyang is the least susceptive to P. vavix, infection rate 44.83%(13/29).
