摘要
在倒置式轴承试验台上,对某氨压缩机组径向可倾瓦轴承进行了试验研究,成功地测出了轴承的功耗、流量及最小膜厚等参数。结果表明,在给定工况下、控制进油温度、压力与轴承间隙,可显著改善试验轴承的性能,为该轴承的改良提供了依据。
The tilting-pad journal bearing used in a compressor was tested and analyzed at an in-versely arranged bearing test rig.Some parameters such as power loss,flow and oilfilm thick-ness are measured successfully. The result shows that under a given condition the perfoimance of the tested bearing can be improved remarkably by taking a suitable inlet pressure and tem-pereture of oil as well as clearance of bearing,The conclusion can also be adopted to the im-provement of this kinds of bearins.
