摘要
通过对稀相气力输送粉料压损比与混和比比例关系式中比例系数K的实验研究,获得了关于K的经验公式建立了基于此比例关系式的差压-速度法粉料流量测量模型实验验证相应的粉料流量检测系统的测量精度为5%,满足工业应用要求。
By the experimental study of the proportional coemcient(K)of erelationship between the ratio of the total pressure drop of gas-solid two phase flow to that of gas alone and the spe-cific loading in dilute pneumatic conveying of powder,an empirical equationfor evaluating the proprtional coefficient(K) is developed:.Thus based onthe measurement of the total pressure drop(△P_t)and the velovity of gas(V_g),a measutementmodel according to the above relationship for on-line measurement of the mass flowrate of pow-der is proposed:The experimental results show that the accuracy of the corresponding measurement sys-tem is 5%。It is satisfactory for industrial application.
