摘要
应用高效液相色谱法对中药固齿散中阿魏酸的含量进行了测定．样品采用超声波提取后，再转溶水中，乙醚萃取，最后以甲醇溶解并定容．本法可测定多种混合中药中的阿魏酸物含量，有效地排除药物中其它成分的干扰，方法简便、快速、准确，分离效果好．平均回收率９６．２％，变异系数为２．１％．
Determination of Ferulic acid's content in chinese medicine Gu Chi Sanby HPLC. The sampls were extracted by ultrasonic at first, then dissolved in waterand extracted by ether,at last dissolved in methanol and in constant volume. Themethod to determine Ferulic acid's content in several mixture chinese medicines.The interference of other components in the medicines was excluded efficiently.This was a simple, fast, accurate method and have a good separate effort. It's average recovery rate was 96. 2%, and Variation coefficient was 2. l%
