摘要
复制大鼠出血性中风模型,研究脑溢安颗粒剂的治疗效果。结果显示:该药剂能使出血性中风大鼠爬行计分下降,旋转时间延长,脑内血肿体积缩小,脑血肿周边水肿区毛细血管周围间隙面积减少。光镜下可见脑内血肿明显吸收,吞噬细胞增生活跃,电镜下可见星形胶质细胞恢复正常,神经细胞病变明显减轻。
he effect of NYA was evaluated by
studying the motor performance and neuropatholo-gy of experimental rats with intracerebral
haemorrhage(ICH).Motor performance was mea-sured by climbing and running tests.The
resuIts showed that in NYA treated group,climb-ing performance was increased;running time
was prolonged;the volume of haemorrhageswas reduced;the area and the perimeter of the
spaces around capillaries were reduced;theobvious absorption of haemorrhages and the
marked increase in macrophages were seen un-der the light microscope, normal astrocytes
and neuronal cells with light pathologicalchanges were seen under electron microscope,All
these effects were significantly better thanthe Nao Xue Kang treatment(control)group。These
results suggest that neurologicaldeficits and ischemic damage in the brain, around the
haematoma, exist after ICH。 NYA canpromote the recovery of neurological deficits,increase
the haematoma absorptiOn,and reduceischemic damage in the brain.
