摘要
本文根据葡萄植物水导构造的特点,在Sakuratani热平衡测定上升液流流量法的基础上,设计了一种简化热平衡蒸腾液流流量测定法。它简化了木质部组分传导热流和热源与环境空气的对流热流的估算(从三对热电偶减少到一对)。此法简便、费用少,适用于葡萄植物大田自然条件下生态生理的研究。
There has not been as yet any method reported to measure the sap flow for the grapevine. Founded on the principles of the heat balance method measuring the sap flow proposed by Sakuratani ( 1981 ) , has been designed a new heat balance method to measure the sap flow of the grapevine, simplified according to the particularity of the hy-draulic structure of grapevine.This method simplified consists essentially in simplifying the valuation of the thermal conduction flux in xylem components and that of the thermal convection flux from heat source to surrounding air. Therefore, this method, simple, convenient and less expensive, is suited for the ecophysiological research in natural condi-tions for the grapevine,
