摘要
针对高性能战斗机“人－机”系统中人的因素面临的挑战，根据国内外空军的发展动态，从４个方面提出了大力加强有关航空生理、心理学方面的研究，提高“人－机”系统整体效能的措施。
In accordance with the challenge in the man-machine system of the high performance fighters to the human factors, and the developments in the abroad and domestic air forces, measurements were put forward from four respects, to strengthen studies vigorously on aviation physiology and phychology, in order to raise the efficiency of the whole man-machine system of the aircraft
