摘要
本文用热分析方法研究磷酸双胍对杨木的阻燃性能。测得经磷酸双胍处理的杨木和未经处理的杨木的热重分析曲线(TGA)和差热扫描量热曲线(DSC),获得杨木的燃烧分为两个阶段:即有焰燃烧和无焰燃烧。理论计算表明经磷酸双胍处理的杨木与未经处理的杨木相比,活化能提高了一倍,有焰燃烧时放出的热量降低了三分之一,而且燃烧缓慢,因此,磷酸双胍是一种较好的阻燃剂,与用表指数法得到的结论是一致的,另外,对于研究阻燃剂性能,热分析方法是一种非常简单、迅速、准确的方法。
The flame-retarded effect of poplar treated with phosphate guanoctine is studied by the method of the thermal analysis.TG and DSC curves of poplar treated and untreated withphosphate guanoctine are measured,respectively,conbustion of poplar may be divided into twoprocedures:that is flame combustion and flameless combustion,According to theoreticalcalculation,the activation energy of poplar treated with phosphate guanoctine increases onetimes than that of untreated poplar.The exothermal energy of poplar treated with phosphateguanoctine in flame conbustion is 1/3 times as much as that of untreated poplar in flamecombustion, and the combustion of treated poplar becomes slower,so, phosphate guanoctineis one of the best flame-retarded materials as compared with the result of oxygenexponential method,they are consistent.In addition,as to analysis of the flame-retarded effectof materials,the method of the thermal analysis is the simple,quick and accurate method.
