摘要
本文测定了不同浓度盐胁迫下星星草幼苗地上部无机离子的累积情况,并分析了Na+、K+以及不溶性盐含量变化的特点.表明盐胁迫下星星草幼苗从外界环境中吸收大量无机离子作为渗透调节物质进行渗透调节,以抵御盐分的胁迫作用.
In this paper, accumulation of inorganic ions of the part of seedlings above the earth of Puccinellia tenuiflora was studied under the different salt concentration stress, and changes in contents of Na+, K+ and soluble salt content were analysed. The result indicated that the seedlings of P. tenuiflora absorbed a large number of inorganic ions as their osmotic adjustment matters to defend salt stress.
