摘要
本文采用室内评价方式,探索了丝胶作为固井水泥浆外加剂的可行性。丝胶对固井水泥浆失水有良好的控制作用,常温、7大气压30分钟的失水可控制为6毫升。丝胶有强烈的缓凝性,水浴中养护凝结时间达10小时以上。丝胶也能改善水泥浆的流动性能。
The possibility of using silk glue as additive for cement slurries is studied ceperimentally. Separated from waste degluing solutions in silk textile factories in simple ways,silk glue is a colorless to yellowish solid substance in powdered form,which is readily soluble in water. Introducing a few thousands of silk glue into slurries of cement of grade G and 75℃ greatly enlarges their setting-up times and decreases their fluid losses,their rheological behavior is also improved,even in the presence of CaCl_2 Combinations of silk glue with synthetic polymer additives such as Lw-J give good results in increasing setting-up times of slurries.
