摘要
本文报道了番红花球茎切块组织培养过程中不定芽和小球茎的发生。在含GAlmg/L、BA1.5mg/L的MS培养基中培养,可诱导大量不定芽的产生。把具不定芽的球茎切块转移到含kt1.5mg/、L.2.4-D1mg/L的MS培养基中培养,大约1个月后,从不定芽基部产生球形突起。以后这些球形突起逐渐发育成小球茎。
This paper reported the morphogenesis of adventitious bud and small corm from corm explant by means of tiussue celture. A large amount of adventitious buds were induced on Ms basic medium with GA lmg/L and BA 1. 5mg/L. The globular outgrowth could be observed on the base of adventitious buds one month later when the corm explant with adventitious buds were transferred to Ms basic medium with KT 1. 5mg/L and 2. 4-Dl mg/L. These globular outgrowthes would develop into small corms ,
