摘要
用50条从褐云玛瑙螺获得的广州管圆线虫第3期幼虫感染大白鼠,在感染后第6天口服阿苯达唑50mg/kg·日-1,连续3天,甲苯咪唑50mg/kg·日-1,连续2天,25mg/kg。日-1及12.5mg/kg·日-1各连续3天,各组大白鼠在感染后第14,15,21,22天分别被解剖,取脑检查虫体。结果显示,阿苯达唑50mg/kg·日-1,甲苯咪唑5mg/kg·日-1及25mg/kg·日-1均有良好的杀虫效果,虫减少率100%,与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而甲苯咪唑12.5mg/kg·日-1,虫减少率仍达88~95%,甲苯咪唑25mg/kg·日-1与12.5mg/kg·日-1之间的减虫率经统计学处理(P<0.05),有显著性差异)
The larvicidal effects of albendazolc and mebondazole on larvae of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in rats were;tudied.Rats were infected with 50 third stage larvae of Angiostrongylus can-tonensis and then treated with albendazole(dosage of 50mg/kg·day-1for 3 conseeuive days)andmehendazole(dosage of 50mg/kg·day for 2 consecutlve days and 25mg/kg·day-1,12.5mg/kg·day-1 for 3 consecutive days rpspectively)on the 6th day after infection. The rats in each group werekilled on the 14th,15th,21th.and 22th day respectively and their brains examined for the parasites.The results indlcated that albendazole in the dosage of 50mg/kg·day-1 and mebendazole in the dosage of 50mg/kg·day-1 and 25mg/kg·day-1 respectively had very good larvcidal effects.The worm reduction rates was 100% respectively.When mebendazole was thaken in the dosage of 12.5mg/kg·day-1 the worm reduetion rate was 88~95%,There was a significant difference in worm reduction rate between mebendazole in the dosage of 2.5mg/kg·day-1 and 25mg/kg·day-1(P<0,05)。
