CdS nanoparticles were assembled in polymer networks by ion exchange.TEM was used to observe the particles, it indicated that the average size of the CdS nanoparticles was found to be 2.4 nm and it had a narrow size distribution. Data from the diffraction pattern of the CdS nanoparticles showed that the CdS nanoparticles in polymer networks were a hexagonal structure.
